Xsite® MANAGE has two user permission levels: Organization Admin and Organization User in the Organization workspace. Every user has a permission level.
Organization Admin has permissions in following Organization Workspaces.
- Machines
- View and search for machines.
- Change machine name and color.
- Users
- Invite new users into organization.
- Sites
- Create new sites.
- Support Requests
- Connect and give remote support.
- PRM Tool
- Create your own local transformation file for Xsite® machine control systems and Xsite® PAD.
- Reports
- Read and search for machine activity data.
External Operator User in Organization Workspaces.
As a surveyor or a foreman, you can now be a member of any customer organization and administrate the data on behalf of the machine operator/Xsite® PRO 3D end customer.
If you wish to have access to multiple organizations, don’t hesitate to get in touch with your local tech support.
- Multi-access features

Site workspace

Site Admin has permissions in following Site Workspaces.
- Data Management
- Read, Write and Delete files.
- Read and export Asbuilt data.
- Machines
- Remove machines.
- Edit machine name.
- Add a machine.
- Users
- Remove user.
- Invite user.
- Support Requests
- Connect and give remote support.
- Settings
- Replace or download the coordinate system and geoid file(s).
- Update the site location by moving the pin on the map and save the new site location
Site User has permissions in following Site Workspaces.
- Data Management
- Read, Write and Delete files.
- Read and export Asbuilt data.
- Machines
- Read only.
- Users
- Read only.
