Support Requests in Organization

Remote connection of Xsite MANAGE enables accessing the machine control systems wirelessly, without visiting the site. You can see the machine control system’s view on your own screen and even operate the system remotely in real-time. 

In order to maximise the return on your machine control investment, the equipment needs to remain ready for use at all times.

With remote support, your local Xsite® dealer can provide you with guidance or troubleshooting without having to visit the site.

Remote support is available to all Xsite® systems. 

As Organization Admin you can give remote support to your organization machines in the Support Requests tab.

Step-by-step instructions

  • The operator must request remote support by pressing simultaneously brightness control buttons (-/+).

  • The Support Request will appear in Organization Workspace with following metadata.
    • Machine name
    • DBSN
    • Age
    • Status
    • Reserved for
    • Remote support action buttons
      • Connect (Give remote support)
      • Close (Close suppor request)

  • As Organization Admin, you click the Connect button and the remote support viewport will open in a new tab. 
    • Hotkeys
      • Reload (reload viewport overview)
      • Task Manager (open Task Manager)
      • NovaShell (Open NovaShell menu in viewport)
      • End support (close support request) 
      • Scale viewport and Size (change the viewport responsively)
