Support Requests in Organization

Xsite MANAGE allows wireless access to machine control systems without requiring a site visit. You can view the machine control system on your screen and even operate it remotely in real-time.

To maximize the return on your machine control investment, the equipment must remain ready for use at all times.

With remote support, your local Xsite® dealer can guide you or troubleshoot issues without visiting the site.

Remote support is available for all Xsite® systems.

As an Organization Admin, you can provide remote support to your organization's machines via the Support Requests tab.

Step-by-step instructions

  • The operator must request remote support by pressing simultaneously brightness control buttons (-/+).

  • The Support Request will appear in the Organization Workspace with the following metadata:
    • Machine name
    • DBSN
    • Age
    • Status
    • Reserved for
    • Remote support buttons
      • Connect (Give remote support)
      • Close (Close suppor request)
    • The machine has been online since [date/time].

  • As an Organization Admin, click the Connect button, and the remote support viewport will open in a new tab
    • Hotkeys
      • Reload (reload viewport overview)
      • Task Manager (open Task Manager)
      • NovaShell (Open NovaShell menu in the viewport)
      • End support (close support request)
