The following change will be applied gradually over the upcoming weeks as part of a software update that improves how code lists are managed and synchronized with the machine control system.

In the future, users will no longer import the code list into the file listing to synchronize with the machine control system.

Instead, the code list will be imported into the site settings during project creation. The goal is to synchronize the code list, GEOID, and PRM file from the project settings to the machine control system.

The code list can still be saved in data management subdirectories, but not at the main directory level, which is required for synchronization.

After the update, all active code lists will be automatically transferred to the site settings. No user action is required.
