How to report a bug for troubleshooting?

If you are reporting an issue to, we would like to have following details to troubleshoot the problem.  

Description

  1. Include a description of the issue.
  2. Which workspace in Xsite Manage.
  3. Day
  4. Time

  1. Click the address bar of your browser.
  2. Copy and paste the link with description.

Internet browser´s network logs 

  1. Press fn + F12 to open the browser developer tools in Google Chrome or Firefox.
  2. Choose Network tab, tick the box Preserve logs
  3. Reload the page. 
  4. Try to reproduce the issue again.
  5. Scroll network logs to see any errors. Error color is in red.  
  6. And take a full-size screenshot of your browser with error logs and attach the screenshot with the description.
