Internet browser´s network logs
- Press fn + F12 to open the browser developer tools in Google Chrome or Firefox.
- Choose Network tab, tick the box Preserve logs.
- Reload the page.
- Try to reproduce the issue again.
- Scroll network logs to see any errors. Error color is in red.
- And take a full-size screenshot of your browser with error logs and attach the screenshot with the description.
